Staying Fresh

.. for longer than a week. These gerberas are more than a week old. I reckon, they’re still as fresh as they were day one. I only changed the water once and I put paracetamol on the water. It’s not just for aches, you know. Hopefully, these flowers will grace my home until this Sunday – it’ll be two weeks then. PS. See that happy boy in the background? :)

Excitement...

.. is the word. Lol. Here comes the cliche... I've been really busy and although I have lots of thoughts running in my mind, I have not made time to sit down and actually put my thoughts into words. BUT I'M BACK, BABY! There are many things in the pipeline.. I sound like a celeb with lots of projects coming. Lol.

 But then, one has to have lots of projects to keep going in life. Inspirations. Aspirations. Hobbies. Books to read. Places to visits. Thoughts to write. People to call, chat, keep in touch. My garden. Not to mention the household chores. Lots of things to get excited about.

 Being a wife. Being a Mum.

Reading, that is. It's always up and down for me. I slacken off for quite a bit after getting tired of reading e-books. Then, all of a sudden I had this craving again (no, not something that would need Lipofuze). I have become restless and telly is not my favourite at all. I found myself idle at some point. While reading, I can do so even while waiting for something to cook. And books have always been a pleasant company for me.
