I was just planning to have a short walk out of our place for an exercise just to get out of the routine. But oh my! I walked a good distance of more than 6kms this morning. House - shops - house.
I got a loaf of bread and two books and visited the loo twice.
Right now, they are still worth the aching calves and bum. Ewan ko lang bukas pag-gising ko!

hi ann! thanks for your concern! what i know of and what ive heard, i should have more exercise in my last tri if i should have a normal delivery. :D
im thankful nga na okay ang pakiramdam ko this morning when i woke up aside from the pain in my inside thighs. i can't bend my legs properly. but all is well naman.
i wont do it again. :) well, maybe while im preggy. hehehe.
hinay hinay lang :) siguro you should have enough breaks from walking. and make sure you have somebody with you :)
i only had breaks when i was in the shop. i just felt tired after sitting awhile. hehehe. i was really alone but i was confident naman kasi madaming sasakyan ang dumadaan not pedestrians though. hehehe! that will be the last time, i guess!
